Barks

We offer a Variety of White and Dark Chocolate bark.  Our most popular selection is the Sea Salt Cranberry Almond Bark made with 80% Swiss Dark Chocolate, Dried Cranberries, and Toasted Almonds. 

The Richness in History

During the early years of the 20th Century, Los Angeles was home to a few World Renowned Candy Masters, who were devoted to making Superb Chocolate Candies. Gerald Reed had the good fortune to have met and learned the candy making art from one of these masters, Mr. Tandy.  Mr. Tandy was a third generation candy maker from Great Britain, and his family was awarded Gold at the First World Fair!  Mr. Tandy’s formulas were copyrighted in 1927,  and Gerald purchased Mr. Tandy’s formulas for his own business in 1969.
Over the years, Mr. Reed took on several candy making apprentices.  Cecilia Allin, the owner of Blue Ox, was one of those apprentices, and Gerald chose to gift her these incredible candy making formulas.
